The short version

I'm an AI engineer at CapPlan, where I've been for five years — the last three focused on AI, and recently promoted onto full-stack. Day to day that means agent frameworks, evaluation harnesses that catch regressions before users do, Azure ML and DevOps pipelines, and the internal scaffolding a team runs on: documentation, shared commands, Claude Code workflows.

I've freelanced alongside that for the same five years, mostly AI and full-stack applications — agent systems, integrations, and the products built around them.

I got my start in PHP, then spent my early career in UX, UI and front-end work. The case studies on this site are from that era: an NHS pre-surgery app, esports platforms, a run of client sites. It's why I still care what an interface feels like, not just whether the endpoint returns a 200 — and it's the part of my background clients tend to notice first.

Outside work I'm usually breaking my own side projects on GitHub.
