The work
Demos are easy. Production isn't.
An agent that works once in a notebook isn't a product. Holding up under real users means evaluation harnesses that catch regressions before anyone else does, pipelines that deploy without drama, and an interface nobody needs training to use. I build that whole chain — Azure ML through to the React front end — which is usually the difference between a prototype and something a team keeps using.
