Preactiv is an application used by the NHS to help patients get fit before surgery. My primary role consisted of working as a UX designer, highlighting users needs within the application and push the applications visual design whilst keeping it accessible to the older audience. The primary goal was to identify the user's purpose when using the app which would then directly impact the user flow and layout of the project. This was also supported by user personas to further identify possible pain points and triggers for the target audience when using the app.
The project ran over 7 months, working on the UX/UI process and later on creating videos for patients, as well as the landing pages for the website to promote the application.
I worked closely with team leaders and the development team to ensure all concepts where handled appropriately. This included handing over stylesheets, designs across multiple breakpoints, clickable prototypes and interactions.
